Bedrooms are wide, private bathroom with warm and powerful shower stream. Beds are confy and king size. There are small shops around. The employees and owner are very kind and helpfull. They even washed our shoes without us asking, after a long and dirty hike, and not charging for it. The meals and breakfast are great quality, freshly cooked, they can adapt to diet or allergy. The outside commons are very warm and welcoming with brasero, a big table for all the guest to eat together. The owner even informed me about other guest attending dinner with me/us which allowed me to know when to book dinner and meet fantastic people and connect. The employees and owner will do anything to help you for organizing anything or giving advice. I truely and warmly recommend.

It is like an oasis and very tree lush. It is quiet and gives you a sense of peace and relaxation. The breakfast is really good and the bar area has a big tv for watching sports. It was so beautiful clean and neat after coming back from the bush holiday, it was so amazing, even met Prince the owner who is an amazing person who is hands on with his customers, he is so helpful, helped us get tours sorted out, the restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful, made sure we’re were sorted out, the rooms were clean and neat, I cannot faulter with anything, I would definitely go back there, the best hospitality I have experienced,

Great breakfast, room was very lovely and sizeable (we got auto-upgraded to a higher room class upon arrival, which was a welcome surprise after climbing Kilimanjaro). The hotel grounds were very nice. Hotel is secure with a 24/7 security guard. Staff was extremely friendly
