Fresh ingredients, exceptionally tasty. Worth coming back for! The location was perfect--a 5 minute walk to the center of town and the theaters, but quiet and off the beaten path. The grounds are lovely with many sweet places to sit and a small quiet swimming pool.

Located off I-5, this Grants Pass, Oregon hotel is situated on 10 riverfront acres with access to the Rogue River. It features rooms with free Wi-Fi and serves a daily full hot breakfast. What a gem! The hotel and grounds were absolutely fabulous. This was a highlight hotel from our road trip. We loved the ambience and the historic nature of the hotel. The little additions such as the snacks in the early evening and the lit firepit with smores, were a great touch. Our room was gorgeous, with steps up into the bed! We loved it and will definitely come back.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was very modern. The location in the center of the old town was perfect. We would return in a heartbeat.

Highlight was breakfast. A chance to visit with our hosts and other guests. Hosts were friendly, fun and helpful. Food was amazing. I had forgotten to tell them I'm veggie and they pivoted in a second, even while accommodating another guest's gluten intolerance. Two course breakfast on the deck with fresh, local ingredients and delicious. They'll share their recipes! Room was warm and immaculately clean. Place felt just like I want a B&B to feel -- inviting and cozy.
