The other staff members were always friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is perfectly located and offers a beautiful view of the river. Our room was very modern and we really liked it. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. We would love to come back!

Our first time using the facilities, despite being back for the 4th or 5th time now, and truthfully the only time, in Vietnam, my wife and i can say we left feeling lighter, relaxed and our bodies balanced! The landscaping has really bloomed nicely now! the property and outdoor areas are general very well maintained given the climate. Food is delicious.

The welcome lemonade drinks at the check-in counter were wonderful and refreshing. Staffs were very friendly and helpful in showing us what activities to do .The swimming pool was big and clean. Van Phat Riverside Hotel is located on a peaceful island next to the Mekong River, just 1 km from the city centre. It features elegant accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Very good place even if we stayed just for one night waiting for the ferry to Con Dao. The staff has been very helpful for booking ferry tickets and provide us a taxi very early in the next morning. We checked out at 5am and despite the breakfast started from 6am, they provided us a take away sandwich, fruit, muffins and water. We really appreciated the service. Girls at the reception desk have been very kind and helpful. Perfect room! Wide, clean and quiet. Highly recommended.
