From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and professionalism. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in every corner is impressive. One of the highlights for me was the hot water and the fabulous walk-in shower—it was pure bliss after a long day exploring. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also loved that the windows could be opened, allowing fresh air and a lovely breeze into the room. The hotel is in a safe and charming neighborhood with everything you could possibly need nearby. Papa’s Barbecue, just down the street, was a delicious treat, and the beach is within walking distance—a huge plus! For those looking for a bit of nightlife, the Valley Beach nightclub is nearby and always lively. The hotel lobby is handsomely decorated, adding to the overall welcoming vibe, and I must mention the elevator—it always seemed to be on my floor, which felt like a stroke of luck every time! This hotel truly offers a perfect base for exploring Ha Long Bay, as it’s easy to get to everywhere. My stay was amazing, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
