The staff at this hotel were so lovely and attentive, (especially Jay!!) they made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with multiple vouchers for a free massage, afternoon tea and drinks. The room was spacious and clean, huge comfy bed and a bath!! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend you stay here the value for money is amazing!!

Such a beautiful place. And relaxing. Staff was always available and helpful. We had complimentary bikes which we used to view rice paddies and go to beach. This place is magical — the rooms and their bathrooms are spectacular. The hotel staff are amazing: attentive, warm, caring, and hospitable. They opened the boat’s restaurant just for us, after preparing it to ensure it was safe to be there. They gave us incredible recommendations for tours and shows to enjoy. I would return without a doubt to this magical place.

Best breakfast ever while on my trip in Vietnam. The pool facilities are great (although noisy because of the construction.) The location is very good because it's not in the center of town and therefore away from all the noise (karaoke, loud music etc...)
