Set in Hoedspruit, 3.7 km from Drakensig Golf Club, Khiwane Boutique Hotel offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The location near Hoedspruit was ideal, not to busy but close enough for easy towntrips. The staff was extremely friendly, I sprained my ankle during my stay and they even remembered when I bumped in to them again later that week in town. The hosting was very personal and friendly, this will probably be my go to place to stay when I need a hotel in Hoedspruit

Boasting a garden, barbecue facilities and views of garden, SABLE INN B&B is situated in Modimolle, 21 km from Combretum Game Park. Friendliness of both the hosts (husband & wife) , they really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, it was really blissful and we enjoyed our stay. With Drakensig Golf Club reachable in 5.9 km, Muunga Bush Lodge & Spa features accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge. We thought we were only going to crash for a night after a long flight and before starting a safari the next day, but we were absolutely mind blown by how amazing everything was. Perfect location in the middle of what is called "Wildlife Estate" which gives you a chance to see wild animals strolling nearby (we almost saw all the same animals we saw on the safari strolling around the lodge), this is an astounding place with a beautiful room which makes you feel you're in a dream! Last but not least - Ruan and Jenny were very friendly and informative on things to do, and even gave us recommendations about Cape Town which was our next stop. For a small fee, we pre-arranged dinner (which was delicious and cooked by one of their chefs) and transfer from the Hoedspruit airport as well. Communication was easy and Ruan was very responsive. It was such a shame that we only spent one night - had we known how calm and beautiful it all was, we would have 100% extended our stay. So sad to have left but I rave about it. There couldn't have been a more perfect welcome to South Africa.

It was really amazing and too beautiful. The breakfast was the best and the accommodation was superb. The view at night is epic and amenities and the pool is just excellent stuff

The property is so beautiful and sets in peaceful preserve where giraffe, zebra, kudu, porcupine & wart hogs roam freely yet very close to the town of Hoedspruit where you fly into. The meals were most delicious. If you are in a hurry, tell them.. because meal times are designed for an “experience” so embrace the charm. We tried eating out in town and also had a breakfast during one of our excursions and felt cheated by not getting to dine at Safari Moon. Gourmet breakfast is included and the dinners have several choices & are more than worth adding to your stay…..the genuine gift of hospitality exudes from everyone working there almost feeling like family & treating guests like royalty .

Spacious and clean rooms, great location, the owners are very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and they organised a very good safari for us. We highly recommend it!

Set 20 km from Drakensig Golf Club, Little Africa Safari Lodge offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Staff, service, food, atmosphere was so unique and comfortable with a special upscale feel.. Thomas and Mateo our safari guides were great getting us around to see lots of game life. Lions and cheetahs were our favorites. Loved the hot towels on arrival and after safaris. The menu was varied and the food was excellent. Would recommend.

Set within 8.4 km of Tzaneen Dam Nature Reserve and 19 km of Agatha Forest Reserve in Tzaneen, The Bohemian Guesthouse offers accommodation with seating area. It was the perfect overnight stay between Pretoria and Kruger national Park. Accommodation is first rate in every way, the well furnished and spacious rooms, the gracious staff and excellent food. Additionally, it is a very secure site, a short drive to the nearby shopping mall. For anyone staying in this area, I can’t imagine a nicer place.
