We stayed here for 5 nights for the purpose of climbing in Innsbruck. First of all, the staff was excellent and replied quickly and courteously to our questions before we arrived. All of the room facilities were new, and the kitchen was well equipped with the minimum necessary utensils, which came in handy for both breakfast and dinner. There is a large supermarket nearby for shopping. It was nice to have a Nespresso coffee maker attached so we could always fill up capsules in the lounge downstairs. The room was cleaned daily and it made us comfortable. The location is a 20 minute walk from the center, and you can also use the streetcar. We did most of our sightseeing on foot. There is a streetcar nearby that runs through the central station. They even provide a welcome card. It’s an essential and awesome!! We appreciated the hospitality of the staff who were always ready to assist us. We had a wonderful Innsbruck memory. Thank you soooo much!

The accommodation was excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is located in a great area—close to the city center and public transport stops. We had a beautiful view from the window, and we really appreciated the welcome drink. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The staffs are so friendly and willing to offer any advice for tourists, the hotel has an app that for clients can directly contact the staffs, when we were just asking them if they can send us the menu picture for dinner, they just showed up in our door with the menu right away! All the instructions are very clear and English friendly, the hotel itself was definitely decent, the spa area was great, the breakfast was amazing. The location was also great, can easily arrive all the famous attractions. If I ever come back to Innsbruck, I’ll definitely want to book it here again!

    I didn't like anything! booking.com misrepresented the accommodations! It was not a double room, one cup, one chair, and a bed for one. I slept on the floor. Disappointed. I spoke with the staff, and they blame booking.com for the misinformation. terrible experience

    A small family run hotel, cozy and picturesque. The view from our balconies (second floor roms) was AMAZING!!! All family members running the hotel were super friendly and always with a smile. We loved our stay here. Thank you for a wonderful hiking vacation.

    The staff were the best we dealt with on our whole trip, super lovely! We also arrived quite late but they were more than welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was a great size compared to quite a few of the other accommodations we had stayed at. Also really close to everything and easy to take public transport from right outside the apartment.

    The Marmota Hostel is a paradise not only for skiiers but also casual tourists. The check-in process was really efficient. For late check-in they have a secure box outside, you can punch in the booking code and get the key at late hours. We went during New Year holidays and got a small bottle of wine also, it was a simple yet very nice gesture. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel for people looking for accommodations during tour/ vacation.
