Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area. Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants. Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train). Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too. In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

Everything here was thoughtful, every detail put with a purpose - colors, scents, designs. The whole place is amazing, the service great. It raised the bar for hotels to the new heights. While being here, you absolutely must visit the wellness area, the restaurant and the bar.

Gorgeous view from our room and terrace. Super clean and modern. Comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They included gratis cable car passes and we climbed up and down mountains on cable cars. Best vacation of my life.

Extremely kind and helpful people at the reception desk. A lovely room, ideal for a couple traveling with a dog. An excellent indoor pool and spa facility. Very good breakfast with kind staff.     Totally new accommodation, perfectly clean, plenty of gadgets like radio in bathroom, intim colored light. All the equipment available like at home (dryer, toaster, dishwasher, coffeemachine tassimo…). Nice terasse, parking space in front of house, playground and basic new toys for kids. Fast internet, smart TV. The host family very kind, helpful, caring and communicating. Very calm area without any noises. Pleasantly chilly apartment in hot days. Comfortable beds.

    Lovely chalet in a beautiful location, the room was large, airy and immaculate. The breakfast was lavish, a great choice of fruit, cereal, pastries, breads, plus a cooked option. The Super Summer card can be purchased at a large discount from this accommodation as it is within the village. The high street with lots of restaurants, and the ski-lifts are a short walk away. Lots of forest walks, alpine eateries, children’s activities (lots!) and high level walks all available up the ski-lifts.

    Hosts are simply the best. Made us feel so welcome. Everybody staying has a smile. One of the cleanest hotels I think I have stayed in and I used to travel a lot with business. Blissfully quiet at night. Plus its right by the lifts and has ski storage. Highly recommend.

    We stayed at one of the apartments, the apartment was very spacious, very well equipped. Although we stayed at the ground floor (that is -3 in fact), we had a fantastic view of the mountains. Great facilities at the hotel including sauna, fit centre, childrens playroom, teenagers playroom and what have you! The location of the hotel is fantastic as its few steps from the cable car and very close the the centre of the town, shops, bars, restauratns etc. Ample parking at the back of the property
