A Perfect Alpine Escape – 100% Hassle-Free! Our stay at the Chaletdorf was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry, the communication was fast, friendly, and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. Everything went better than expected, we just wanted to book a last minute accommodation on our road trip but this was one absolutely perfect. The kids were really sad we only stayed for one night.     We cycled the Alle Adria route and stayed just one night. We slept in a separate building. The accommodation was spacious. We had a room with three beds. You can walk to the city center where we had dinner. The breakfast was basic but OK.

    Super responsive host, really friendly and willing to satisfy our needs. The room was huge and had everything we needed (including a Microwave, a table, two chairs, tv and a coffee machine with coffee capsules!) and it was super clean. There was a safe locked place for our bikes. Train station nearby with trains departuring every hour. The daily ticket for Villach was 6 Euro/person. 100% recommend the place also in view of the price difference with other accommodations in the town.

    We stayed with Oliver for overnight stays in two locations. This, one room accommodation and later one of his apartments. Both are fine for an overnight stay or longer. Both have good facilities, all you would require. If you come by car you can park free of charge right next to the accommodation or nearby. These are very well maintained, modern accommodations, the facilities are excellent, the spaces scrupulously clean and comfortable. You need have no worries in booking either. The apartment option is particularly wonderful.

    This is a superb accommodation. Cosy, extremely modern, comfortable, clean and easy to access with lots of wonderful features. We loved the little touches by the owner that made the place even better. Everything was designed to raise a smile of appreciation.
