This was a near perfect hotel experience. From letting us keep our bags there whilst we flew to Alice Springs for 3 days to the seamlessness of just actually staying there, it was all excellent. The location is great for both the city and the river. We had a river view room and the view over the Oval, Festival theatre and the river was stunning. I didn't book a room with a balcony as we find we don't use them, but this time I wished that I had done. The bed was comfortable, there were complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine for my birthday arranged by the wonderful concierge, Lavinia. I loved the iPad to control the room and anything else that you needed for your stay. The staff were good without being too obsequious; when the remote broke, we had a new one within 30 mins and a sorry for putting us through that! The casino was huge but didn't impact on our stay, and the bar and restaurant were fab! The mixologist made me the best Cosmopolitan even though it wasn't on the menu. This was also the first hotel to have both a rubbish bin and a recycling bin.

The service and the dinner at the Penny Blue exceeded our expectations. My wife loved the quail, and we both loved the mushroom gnocchi - (simply the best). Special commendation to Namil, whose level of service was exceptional, and his understanding of how to interact with his guests just added that extra special touch to our experience.

The location was perfect, on a beautiful street with lots of trees and colorful flowers of every hue. Five-minute walk to a famous bakery open 24 hours a day and a bus stop that goes directly into the center of the city. Nice room with all the amenities. But what REALLY makes this hotel special is the staff-- Melanie, Lucy and a woman whose names begins with T-- sorry, I can't remember it. They made it easy to enter my room after hours. They gave me advice about how to move around Adelaide and introduced me to the wonderful Australian people, history and politics. I will return to Adelaide and this hotel if I ever have the chance to visit Australia again.

    The location is fantastic, situated conveniently close to many of the city's main attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful and quiet retreat. Unlike many urban accommodations where finding a spot can be a hassle, KT Apartments offered onsite parking, which added a layer of convenience to our stay. The apartment itself was modern, clean and well-maintained. If offered all the required amenities. When we had a query, communicating with the owner was prompt.

    For the purpose of my stay it was suitable accommodation as it was near to where I needed to travel. It's perfect for business travel as there's an airport curfew between 11pm and 6am so if you want to have a sleep-in on holiday, it's probably not a good choice. Other than that, the staff (housekeeping & reception) were fabulous.

    Our accommodation was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed in the property and lots of space for our family. The location was perfect to be able to walk everywhere or simply catch the tram to the city. It felt safe and the atmosphere in Glenelg during our summer holiday stay was great!

    I need a full refund Jackson's motor in was the worst accomodation i have come across. It completely mismatch with the photograph provided in the website. We had to terminate our stay in Jackson's after 1 night of horrible smell inside the rooms. We were three families together for a trip. None of us could tolerate to stay. It affected our whole trip. We had to find another accommodation and i had to paid double as it was at the last minute. Even the staff were not cooperative and were rude.I never go back there at any cost.

    The staff were very nice and the new accomodation was very nice to stay in with its 70s vibe! The price mark is spot on with the location of the accommodation Would definitely recommend
