It is an awesome place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well quipped beyond words. The B&B is surrounded by trees, plants, and birds, which makes it really a wonderful hideaway. Krissy, the host, has definitely put in a lot of effort to make this a luxurious and comfortable place for her guests. She is very accommodating to help me with my request too. We had a wonderful stay even though it was only for a night. I wished it had been longer.

The property was very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Lovely quiet location. Pity we were only staying for one night. The breakfast items were much appreciated. We met Elly, the host, who was lovely. We also saw two kangaroos which was a bonus.

    This is probably the best AirBnB we have stayed in. Well appointed, immaculately clean and comfortable. The host was beautiful and welcomed us warmly. She goes above and beyond in providing those extra touches including lovely self serve breakfast choices. We highly recommend this B &B.

    Accommodating and friendly host. Easily located just off main road to Perth. Spacious,clean and with everything needed for a stay. Great shower,kitchen and the 2 single beds we used were super comfortable.

    Gem of a find! Tony and Carolyn were brilliant. Steve the groundskeeper was fab to chat to. Great location and like a little home from home. Feeding the horses was great and the peace, tranquility and sunsets were fab. Definitely stay again on our next trip to Armadale.

    EVERYTHING. Our host was absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail was spot on. The place was lovely and clean and so very comfortable. It was so lovely and quiet and everyday, everything was tidied up and food etc restocked. I will definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone. Fantastic accommodation and wonderful, friendly host.

    It was a waste of time for a short stay. I could relax as if it was my own house. Clean,well furnished and attentive. Hotels in Perth do not match the price and content at all. I’m so glad I was able to find this accommodation.

    Amazing accommodation. If I return to Perth I would love to stay at this location for a number of days to get the full benefit of this B&B. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay on the outskirts of Perth.
