Terri and Ray were amazing hosts, super friendly and they have created a wonderful self contained apartment in Armidale with everything you could possibly need at your disposal. A very short 5 minute drive will get you to the centre of town making this property an ideal location. The apartment was clean and well equipped and they have done a great job making you feel at home. We could only stay 1 night but would have loved to have stayed longer even just for the friendly conversation.. We were given suggestions for dining and things to see and do and felt very welcomed.

We stayed in the cottage at Twodogfolly and loved the uniqueness and comfort of the cottage. It had everything we needed and so much more. The setting is in a lovely, quiet location with views of the countryside, a lot of beautiful birdlife, and other Australian native animals. We were treated to seeing a mob of kangaroos come in close to the cottage to feed at dusk. We were entertained and fascinated when two of the roos had a boxing match. The location is good as it is close to Armidale centre and if anything is needed , it is a quick drive to the shops.

The location was excellent. A ten-minute walk along pathways to the local playground, only a few minutes' drive to the university, and close to restaurants and takeaway. The home itself had everything you could need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and linen was soft and luxurious. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, sheets and towels, and laundry facilities had everything available that could be needed.

    The home was like an oasis. I didn't really know what to expect but was so surprised at what a little hidden gem the Cottage on Dangar was. It was so cozy and well appointed. The ducted air conditioning was absolutely superb and the beds were so comfy! Up there with the best accommodation we've stayed in.

    Quite simply, one of the best self-contained accommodations I have stayed in for a long while. Sure, the building is over 100 years old and the floors are uneven, but that is part of the charm. The fixtures are modern and it's obvious the owners take pride in providing top-quality accommodation. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay seems to have been provided. Communication with the owners was always prompt and informative. The semi-rural location just outside of Armidale makes for a relaxing stay.

    We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation has most of the things we need for a holiday with a kitchen, a spa bath, and a comfortable bed. We liked the scenery looking over the farm and mountain. The accommodation was quiet at the edge of the town.
