Just a short way from the town centre this cottage was easy to find and extremely clean. The bed was comfy and the breakfast supplies very fresh. Our host was very helpful as we had a hiccup with our car.

Set in a wonderful location, we were taken back by the quality and size of the place and the outlook. When we came back at night we saw all sorts of wildlife (one of the reasons for coming to Tasmania) and everything we could want was included. The lovely mix of old and new was set just right and we could want for nothing more.

    The Location was perfect for our needs as we were exploring Deloraine and surrounds. The breakfast was amazing...we will be returning if only for that hot fresh bread. Our accommodation was more than adequate for our needs. The little things like the sherry 😊 and willingness to share information on the area are what made the stay memorable. We will definately return.

    What a stunning home. This was a wonderful home away from home. Stay for my kids and I. Everything was above expectations, and we have such a relaxing and comfortable experience. The artwork is incredible done by Marie herself, and the accommodation is picturesque. Thank you both for a wonderful stay, we will definitely see you again soon

    The stay at Quamby Cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed for an independent stay. The hosts (Georgia and Peter) were particularly welcoming and helpful with the fresh bread and cheese board when we arrived a highlight. Beautiful views towards Quamby Bluff from the kitchen and bedroom windows. The accommodation is close enough to many hiking trails including Walls of Jerusalem and Cradle Mountain for day hikes. It was a good way to explore the surrounding region.

    I took one look at the room and walked out. Did not stay. The description online and actuality were 2 entirely matters. This unfortunate excuse for public accommodation should be removed from all advertised locations. An utter disgrace.

    Hosts very friendly and helpful. They were informative on what to do in the area and showed us their magnificent garden. Beautifully restored accomodation, very comfortable. Wonderful hosts who took the time to find out what we like to do and made great recommendations to enhance our holiday. Generous breakfast and delicious freshly baked bread supplied. Great location, easy walk to cafes, supermarket, shops, park and river walk.
