I really enjoyed my stay—choosing this place made my whole trip incredible. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. While the bathroom and toilet are shared, it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfasts were a lovely touch, offering a chance to chat with other guests or the welcoming host. Plus, there’s an adorable dog to greet you! The location is very convenient—just 10 minutes to the center of Genk by public transport or a 40-minute walk. Nearby, you’ll find a large swimming pool, a sports complex, and a park. A grocery store is also within a 15-minute walk. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we hope to return in the summer!

From the friendly and helpful guy who checked us in and all the staffs. They are heplful, kind, approachable, and even did extra miles like the other guy who sent the food in our room. It wasn't his job bit he did it. The fine lady who let us borrowed utensils. Room is tidy, bedsheets and towels are clean. Breakfast is superb! We will definitely come back here when we visit Genk again!

We arrived to the hotel on a business trip, it was cold and we were tired. They told us we had double booked. Then things changed. Fouzia helped us organize everything with a huge, contagious smile on her face. We had a beer in the bar and the day turned around just like that. While we were there Elena arrived for her shift, and carried the same energy as Fouzia and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. The hotel is clean with ample rooms, great value for money and ideally located to the city center. Any with staff like this I cant recommend enough. Thanks!

    Beautiful room, very efficient arranged everything was well thought of. Good service, nice and cosy bar where you can have good meals. Even better Moonstone restaurant for exquisite dining. Location next to many beautiful Kempen bycicle routes. We were happy that the service included bringing our bycicle to repair shop and assistance when our car broke down. Recommended and worth another stay.

    So close to the centre of the town. Close to numerous places to eat and drink. Walking distance to local shopping centre and train close by. Spacious rooms. Very clean and tidy. Sandro made the stay!! He was so kind and helpful. He organised car hire and called taxis for us when our phones didn’t work. Nothing was too hard for him. He is an extremely gracious and kind manager. Thank you.

    We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to the restaurants, cafes and some of the museums. You have everything in the room to do everything you want (cooking, preparing coffee, cable TV...)

    I've stayed at the M hotel several times now (for work purposes). The room I got allocated on this most recent trip was the best one so far. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and overseeing the lake and the bathroom was nice and modern.

    This hotel far exceeded our expectations in terms of location, facilities and value for money. We arrived to a friendly welcome, the room was great, and the bar provided us the food and drinks we needed after a long drive. Would definitely recommend, and I am sure we will stay again on future European driving holidays.
