The accomodation was super, so spotless, hot water for showers, beds very comfortable and we had a balcony view to enjoy the Balkan mountains. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the town history and spots of interest to visit. It truly exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful an nice! The flat is situated in the beautiful historic district in Karlovo, with an easy access to the town center, museums and restaurants.
