Luxury stay at an affordable price. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is in close proximity to good restaurants but they also have their own bar/kitchen downstairs. The breakfast buffet was to die for. Best part of our stay. We looked forward to it each morning, wishing we stayed in Santa Cruz for longer just to keep having the breakfast.

The room was super comfortable and felt clean like home. The shower had good pressure and temperature. Our host was welcoming and made us feel at home. We washed our clothes and they smelt the freshest they have done in South America so far.

Great hotel in the heart of SC, super clean, great facilities and staff. Breakfast is pretty good with basic options, great coffee. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Definitely 5 star hotel. Kids loved the pool, with fun slide etc. staff were friendly and helpful, making restaurant reservations and responding to messages quickly. Room was fine and 20m from pool. Room service, breakfast and bar all very good. Walking distance to big shopping mall and taxis on hand of needed. Sauna was very good. Unfortunately had to cancel a second stay at the end of our trip (flight problem) and they handled this very courteously. Would stay here again for sure.

This is a gem of a hotel, decorated very tastefully around the theme of cinema. It would feel at home as an upscale boutique hotel in any major city. I only wish we had stayed longer. We enjoyed very good pizzas at its restaurant. The weather turned very cold and rainy the night we stayed so we could not walk around the neighbourhood, but it seemed very interesting to visit. Will certainly return for a longer stay next time we fly into Santa Cruz

We had a lovely stay at Lili's hostel! The arranged an early pickup at the airport and we could checkin eatly after a very long flight. They even prepared breakfast for us. The personel is very friendly and helpful. Breaksfast is very tasty with fresh fruits, toast, cheese and ham. The place is outside the city center. It's a small walk to get to the center. The advantage of not being in the center is that it's quiet at night. We would definitly stay here again.

We almost stayed a week. It was the perfect stay, amazing rooms with kitchen. Very clean and modern. AC worked well. Housekeeping every day. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff
