    one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in! really very clean, compliant, security, beautiful room and welcoming. I liked having access to the room with my phone. Having the wifi code at the entrance helped me a lot. What touched me the most was the fact that the hotel called me to make sure that I had successfully downloaded my key onto my phone.

    staff was responsive to my request to check in late. accommodations (3 people in a private room for 3) were comfortable, adequate space, and quiet. We did not use the common spaces but they looked good.

    Friendly staff, great location, clean and quiet accommodation with a bath. I decided to stay an extra night last minute, the staff were friendly and very flexible when accommodating my impromptu change of mind.

    The location was great. view was amazing. The manager, Lina, was very accommodating. She makes sure we were happy with our accommodations. went above and beyond.

    the room is specified clearly in Booking website as NOISY because on top of a terrace. It was winter time and not much noise. We knew exactly what we bought for the price (they have more expensive rooms too). The room had a wonderful mural, great bed, space for our needs, a quite large fridge and microwave. We needed it to go skiing at Whistler because we can no longer afford accommodations there. We will return for sure! We recommend it for people having same needs as we had. Wifi was great too.

    We really enjoy our stay. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to a room next to our friends for our convenience. The room had everything you would think you might need including even laundry. The view from balcony was spectacular though in winter time we did not really spent much time enjoying it. Very convenient for our cross country skiing plans, certainly much cheaper than staying in Whistler and closer too. Swimming pool and gym really great for a short family vacation.
