It felt very cosy. Staff was competent and kind. The breakfast in the cafe-restaurant was tasty and the place warmly decorated. We enjoyed that guests from outside, not necessarily staying at the hotel, could drop in for a Sunday morning coffee. It was easy to access, and Julien was very responsive to my questions. Easy access to gondola and thermal bath - that was a good bonus.
