I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this property! 1. Delicious Food – The restaurant serves incredibly tasty meals made with the finest organic ingredients. You can tell the chef puts a lot of thought and effort into every dish. Every meal was a delight, and I looked forward to dining there each day! 2. Outstanding Service – The service was impeccable from start to finish. From the airport pickup to dining arrangements, ticket bookings, a seamless trip to the Great Wall, and finally being dropped back in the city—everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. The staff were thoughtful, attentive, and always ready to help. 3. Reasonable Pricing – Given the high-quality service, delicious food, and smooth arrangements, the price was very fair and affordable. It’s excellent value for money! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded all my expectations, and I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is a beautiful property really well decorated. It’s a great place to chose if you have kids. The owner is very welcoming and helpful and her husband cooks delicious Chinese meals. The entrance to the Great Wall is at about 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

We love the way the old building has been converted, retaining its historical charm while providing a comfortable and clean accommodation. Marina is an excellent hotel manager. We appreciated her taking time showing us around including the gardens and historical features. A Jie is really friendly and helpful too! We are lucky to have the living room to ourselves for the night we stayed. It was really homely with great AV equipment. The organic vegetables provided are all from the garden. Food is delicious and healthy.

Shout out to Lucy and Stanley! You guys were amazing, and so very helpful. The accomodation was beautiful, food was good and service was top notch! The door to door service to and from the Great Wall was exactly what we needed and made our trip there that much better. It really was a retreat! And the staff really do go the extra mile :)

While the price was a little high compared to other places of this standard, you cannot beat it for its location and the serenity of the environment that it is situated within. The staff are great and do their best to make sure that you have what you need and when you need it. The views from the room, if it isn't foggy, are simply stunning and time seems to stand still when you are staying there. Stan kindly provided us with transport to and from the Great Wall and this helped to set up a wonderful day for us.

We stayed in the family room, which was gorgeous with a hanging bed, hot tub and projector. There was a terrace with views of the Great Wall. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, even driving my family to the Great Wall entrance.

    Perfect! Very friendly owner, who picked me up directly at the entrance and drove me to the bus station. Food was delicious and the room very nice :) Definitely worth to stay overnight :)

    Very friendly family stay. Breakfast and dinner were included, home made and excellent. Full help and support for transfert to and from Beijing and the Great Wall. Very supportive to arrange our very early check in.

    We loved our stay at Yue Tong Farm House. The couple was so kind and helpful and made our layover in Beijing worthwhile. They picked us up at the airport, made us a delicious dinner, the room was big and clean (mattress is a bit hard though), cooked us another delicious breakfast in the morning and took us to the great wall afterwards. In the end picked us up again and drove us to the airport. Everything went flawless. Although neither speak English, the translator does the job and the smiles do the rest.

    The family is very friendly. GREAT SERVICE. We had a warm welcome en our stay was a very nice experience. The diner is delicious and you can choose your own varieties and they cook it themselves. Breakfast and lunch is also great. The red wine, beer and whiskey is great quality. The accommodation is new, luxe, modern but also special with nice details. The location is ideal for visiting the wall. As an extra service they can organize themselves a superb trip to the wild part of the Chinese wall.
