this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel .     Awesome Hotel ! But The exceptional assistance from Archie Zhang really made my stay even more memorable, he really went out of his way to assist with my travels.     We only stayed for one night during our travel to Qufu. The hotel was chosen due to its proximity to the railway station as we had an early train out, so early that we did not have breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out, very friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms.
