We discovered the hotel by chance, and it turns out it was such a gem. The room was so comfortable and cozy, clean and pretty, the hotel was in such a lovely location with a local flavor and in a historical building, which is something rare. I slept on one of the most comfortable beds I slept on in all hotels. The room has floor heating in the winter, which is such comfort. The staff were warm and helpful and welcoming. I'd definitely return and would recommend it to anyone.

Overall my recent stay at Intercontinental Kuming is with absolute satisfactory. Especially I was very happy for the assistance by the Concierge te4am. Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10. This hostel really surprised me, it was absolutely amazing! My room was comfortable and clean, with some details that I really appreciated - like laundry detergent for hand washing. However, the best thing was the community rooms. I really liked the greenery, the terrace, bar and more - it was a perfect place to relax. Also, the location is great, one can walk to the Daguan park within 30min (or take a bus).

The property is very clean, there is a free pool, a free washing maching the capsule are very clean and futuristique, the owner offred us a royal breakfast for free and he also asked us if we was full or of we need more… Also i want to point out that we was dumb to find the hotel and the owner come to the metro station to pick us up ! He helped us alot iv never seen someone this helpfull

This was an excellent find. Very good value for money and great location. Free breakfast and laundry were a bonus and something we did not except. Staff had limited English but were still very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Truly a boutique hotel with unique building design. Staff are attentive and helpful to our needs. Convenient location with many places within walking distance. Little details and offerings in the room are very surprisingly good - not usually found in Chinese hotels. Breakfast spread is good but can improved with variety especially when staying for many days. Cachet is my kind of hotel. Definitely will recommend 😊

    Everything was great. Big private room and it looks so new. We were sad we stayed only one night. There is also some laundry machine, a café, great wifi, pool table and tennis table.

The landlord was incredibly easy to communicate with and always helpful and friendly.     Location was ideal because near to airport. There was a lot of construction or rather demolition because the area will be used for extension of airport. Aunty cooked dinner for us even though we came in late. Very nice staff, airport transfers provided by guesthouse. Beautiful heritage building and garden. Well presented. will stay again. Good for airport locations accommodations.
