The host was flexible and let us in earlier as the property was ready at the time. Location is quiet and peaceful in a small village that also offers su variety of taverns, and while by the sea you experience humidity, at this location you're safe from that as it's up the hill. A couple of nearby wineries. Panoramic rides wherever you go from here! The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, towels also smell nice.

We stayed at spiti Urania for 2 nights and we wished we had more! The house is located in the centre of the village in walking distance from everything you need. It's spotless clean, has everything you need to cook, the bedrooms have their own shower and toilet each so fully convenient for guests and is beautifully decorated!!!! The host is so helpful and caring. We couldn't ask for a better weekend!!

The hotel’s stunning cliffside location offers breathtaking views, and the pristine beach is just a short stroll away (less than 100 steps, to be exact!). Whether lounging by the pool or on the beach, we loved the convenience of the plentiful sunbeds—available on both sides of the cliff, thanks to the shared access with the sister hotel. Despite the high season, we never had trouble finding a spot to relax. What truly makes Thalassa exceptional, though, is the outstanding service. Every staff member is attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure your stay is flawless. A special mention goes to Nair, who went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests (and there were quite a few!) with a smile. We can’t wait to return—this place feels like a second home

Very beautiful cosy small house. One room that fits all!! It has everything you might need. It is indeed very small but for us it was not a problem. I was there with a friend and we shared the bed. It's ideal for couples or for 2 friends who don't mind sharing small spaces. It is fully equipped and modern. The location is great. It is 15 minutes away from Latsi. Away from any city noise. It's a quiet area and you can relax. There is a big garden where you can sit and enjoy your meal or BBQ I will definitely choose this again when I am visiting Latsi next time. I enjoyed my time there, totally recommend it.

    Placed in a cozy and very clean small village, this accommodation was well above expectation. Nice and clean, all amenities provided. The terrace has a very beautiful view and the center of the village is right next to the property. Would go again in the same place if I had the chance.

    Nice little apartment. Great location for exploring Akamas. Restaurants and a shop are very close which was very convenient. Nice TV with Netflix. Overall a good stay and highly recommended.

    Lovely accommodation in a traditional stone 2-story house in a charming little town located on the hills. Not directly on the sea shore but quite close (a short drive to two lovely sections of the coast). Car needed. Basic grocery shopping available in town, larger (super)markets require a drive. Great hiking possibilities, a good restaurant (taverna) nearby, as well as a bakery and winery. A lovely patio shared by 2 such houses. Everythinig clean and in good condition. A lovely balcony on the upper floor.

    Perfect place for a perfect holiday. Harry is an awesome host, always reachable in case of needs. His house is "the place to stay", a lot of space and a great location for trips around the island. Normally I never book twice the same place...but for Harry it could be the first time.

    It met our expectations. A beautifully restored traditional Kathikas village house situated at a prime location in the centre of the village.It was very clean and appointed with all the conveniences. The bed was very comfortable and we found the street very quiet at night which allowed us a very peaceful sleep! Thank you Mihali for a very enjoyable stay at Kathikas!
