Also had fresh fruit, cucumbers, tomatoes real soft h boiled egg . All beautifully presented . The Maase family do a great job , and Mrs Maase is a gracious host . Extremely atmospheric and large comfortable bed. Great facilities in the room and an absolutely amazing breakfast buffet. Owners were extremely friendly and offered me a takeaway bag for a packed lunch for during the day. The hostess was so lovely, enthusiastic and personal, she welcomed us with a drink and recommendations and put out a nice breakfast for us. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a huge bed and a great bathroom (luxurious shower!). The hike up to the castle above the town is scenic and takes about 30 minutes. Another hike a bit longer goes to a neighboring hill with great views of the town and castle for photos. The hotel was pleasant, accommodations reasonably priced and roomy, with access to a garden. The breakfast was super.
