    We arrived quite late after a long day of travel and were very pleasantly surprised firstly with the ease of check in and secondly with the actual premises. Character, clean, new and a very large room with a very comfortable bed. We were pleased to kick of our Euro holiday in such a nice establishment. Breakfast was excellent. We do like a strong coffee though! The drive to Starnberger Lake is about 7-10 minutes through the picturesque Bavarian country side.

    The location is superb. It was cold and raining almost the whole time of our vacation. The room was cozy and warm with new equipment. Bed was very comfortable. We had delicious dinner in the caffe downstairs. Parking was free for guests.
