We didn't realize this is one of the Relais & Châteaux hotels before we arrive, and we're totally satisfied after arrival. Pretty nice holiday getaway hotel with good location, view, facility and friendly staff. There is a gift riesling in the room(yes of course, this is Geisenheim, riesling is the reason that brought us here), and it is a pretty tasty one. The hotel has a fine restaurant attached to it, but we didn't have a chance to try due to reservation issues.

Very clear with the instructions and very clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Moreover, the stars in night were so beautiful. It’s very close to Johannesburg, the winery region. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is planning to stay around Rüdesheim and Mainz.

    The vacation rental was clean, has everything one needs, and is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is close to many attractions in the Rheingau area. Some destinations are in easy hiking distance, like the Goethe Ausblick near Schloss Johannisberg, which we reached in 30 minutes strolling through the vineyards. There is a great bakery in town and a restaurant next door with excellent drink and food. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back!

    Location is nice, green, just you need to have a car for your stay. Breakfast is phenomenal, not just food, which is great, but first of all ambience and a breathtaking view from breakfast terrace. Rooms spacious and modern, beds comfy. On balance, this is what you expect from a hotel of this class.
