I had a wonderful stay at Vista Roja! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing escape. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. Perfect for a solo trip or a couple’s getaway—I’d definitely return!

The flat has recently been remodeled, everything is new and it has been decorated very tastefully. There’s everything you need and the size of the apartment was perfect for me. The location is great, calm area but still very close (5 minutes walk) to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. On top of that Pippa is a super friendly, stayed here for 5 nights and found it absolutely perfect for me!

Overall a great facility. Good pools which are heated during winter months. Location is great, outside there are supermarkets, nice restaurants, shops. The rooms are nice, fully equipped ck kitchen, enough room for 4 people. Good for kids, there are playgrounds, kids clubs, kids pool, arcade etc. Good cleaning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—everything is nearby: the pool, promenade, sea, and easy public transport. The buffet and restaurant offer excellent food, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a private terrace. A special thanks to Regina, the receptionist. She is the best hotel staff member I have ever met—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Wishing her all the best, and I hope to return soon!

We booked this last minute after a disappointing stay at a 5-star hotel, and I can honestly say this experience was so much better. From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. Even though we were early, we were allowed to check in straight away, which was a great start. The accommodation itself was excellent — very comfortable with fantastic air conditioning, which was much appreciated as temperatures were in the high 20s. The pools were spotless, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the hotel even provides pool towels, which is a nice touch. Although I didn’t eat at the hotel myself, I spoke to several guests who said the food was fantastic. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations and was a huge step up from the 5-star hotel we had just left. Highly recommend!

Location of the hotel was super convenient - only 20 min away from the airport by bus. The hotel had the best sandy beach in the vicinity (no rocks like at English beach). Staff was amazing and always ready to help! I loved the breakfast and the dinner with the different cuisine. Hotel itself is very beautiful. Loved the area around the reception - very tasty and it smelled also very good. What also very important was for me is the cleanness. The whole staff was caring about it in the hotel but also by the pool.

    Fabulous view from the balcony, clean apartment, few items were missing, so host supplied next day. Clear communication, good place - everything close to: restaurants, shopping centre, walking promenade. perfect stay - both holidays and workcation. You can walk even to Maspalomas. We have enjoyed the place, as it was not as crowdy as Maspalomas.

    The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation had everything we needed and more for our stay, we were very comfortable. The patio/pool area was nice for sitting and relaxing after a long day.

    We have stayed here a few times and we are coming back each year. Lovely holiday house right on the beach. This place is bright, with all almost everything you can need. We will come back again. The cleaning lady came when our baby slept, which was not a good time, so she came another day to do the cleaning, which was quite nice. You never know when the cleaning takes place though.
