I found this property at the last minute, and I’m so glad I did. The house is spacious, with two floors, and beautifully decorated by the host. Every detail is well thought out — from the matching décor to the perfectly placed furniture. The comfortable couch and several tables with intricate woodcarvings make it feel truly special. I particularly enjoyed the dining table with its lovely view outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. There’s an espresso machine (which I used often), along with complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar — a thoughtful touch. You’ll also find basic spices, clean and modern cookware, a kettle, mixing bowls, and good-quality knives. It’s perfect for longer stays, especially if you enjoy cooking your own meals. The back patio offers seating, a washing machine, and a drying rack. I often had little gecko visitors, which added to the charm. Upstairs are two bedrooms; the main one has a balcony with a fantastic distant ocean view. Both rooms are stylish and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The bathroom has warm water, soap, shampoo, and soft, great-smelling towels. The location is excellent — it’s the last house in a small block on the edge of Costa Teguise, far enough from the busy center to be peaceful, yet only a pleasant 15-minute walk to both the town and the beach. There’s private parking right in front, and the neighborhood is very quiet with a pleasant breeze. For me, no fan or A/C was needed in summer. Right behind the house is a stunning cactus garden. On clear nights, the stargazing is incredible — millions of stars light up the sky. Costa Teguise is a great base for exploring the island, close to Arrecife (just 15 minutes away) and surrounded by plenty of grocery stores, both small and large. The internet is fast and stable (35/56 Mbps). The smart TV has a gorgeous display, a fast interface and Bluetooth. Finally, the host is wonderfully kind and a genuinely cool person.

The property is in a good location, short walk from the beach in a quiet residential complex. It is clean, spacious and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket and restaurants about a 15 minute downhill walk. Barbora has lots of excellent recommendations of things to do and see both in the local area and further afield in Lanzarote.

Highly recommend! Casa Afortunada is truly outstanding. The house was spotlessly clean, and each room is spacious with its own ensuite bathroom. The layout is so well thought out — from wardrobes with overhead storage for suitcases to plenty of towels and racks. It’s not just a stunning home, but also incredibly practical and comfortable. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, with a pool, sunbeds, lounges, as well as a football table and darts! The owners are the kindest couple you could meet, with excellent communication throughout our stay. They responded immediately to any questions and even welcomed us with a very generous supply of essentials, which was so thoughtful. The location was perfect. We spent our mornings surfing in Famara and our afternoons exploring the island — everything was easy to reach. Do not hesitate to book Casa Afortunada. It has been my favourite accommodation by far, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Lanzarote!

I think it fair to say, that if it wasn’t in the property, you probably didn’t need it! There was absolutely everything there that you would possibly need for your holiday The property was clean, welcoming, from fruit and a bottle of ‘bubbly’ to a fully stock basket of teas, coffees creams and sugars.     Everything! Looks better in life than the pictures, and it's HUGE! The owner, Elisa, is the most lovely and helpful person ever. She couldn't do enough for you. This was truly a magical place to stay and so looked after. You can tell the villa is loved. Definitely book this and treat yourself. You will not be disappointed. Close to the airport, great location and not overlooked. You have total privacy. Will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Elisa again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday ❤️

    Fantastic accommodation in quiet area. We did enjoy our stay and we had everything what we needed. We also loved big terrace with view on the garden. The terrace is shaded so we have spent relaxing time. Accommodation is in the complex outside of CT Town but very close to the beach and Spar shop. Thank you Roman for your hospitality and all the information and advices you gave us

    Great position near seafront, supermarkets, bus route, restaurants whilst still in a quieter area. Apartment basic accommodation but clean and comfortable, kitchen area had everything needed for stay. The sun terrace at Molino de Guatiza is a good area with lovely heated pool.

    It's location is ideal, a nice quiet area but only a ten min walk from the beach restaurants and shops.the apartment complex is beautiful, the apartment is beautiful clean comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay.the owner is friendly helpful and kept in touch during our stay.This was our third time to stay here and we definitely will stay again,it's the ideal apartment for a relaxing holiday.

    Good value for money. Unless you were particularly fussy then there was definitely food to suit all. Bit repetitive with the food and have stayed at better all inclusive accommodations. Busy hotel. Polite and helpful staff, clean accommodation and requests met promptly. I would stay here again.
