This exceeded all of my expectations, the setting was amazing, the service was friendly and excellent. We booked the hot tub and sauna and it was totally worth it, we went in the ice hole in the frozen lake and then straight into the sauna to warm up! A completely unique experience for me. The food was phenomenal, we had the best nights sleep and to top it all off we saw the northern lights!

This accomodation has very nice interior, everything is new. Location is peaceful and calm near the lake. It is close to supermarket, restaurants, pub and agency for booking trips and activities. This place was very clean, kitchen is well equipped, there is also sauna, etc. Host was very nice and communicative, he was taking really good care of us and was always ready with every information and help that we needed. He informed us on time about everything that could be important for our stay in the area. I would recommend this object to everybody and really hope to return here at least once again someday.

Located within minutes of all services of Äkäslompolo, it's perfect even if you arrive without a car as the bus stop is just across the road. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Clean, nice furniture and high quality textiles (Finlayson towels and bed linen), comfy bed. Wifi is strong and solid, was no problem working there remotely. The staff was super helpful, I arrived to Äkäslompolo early so I had a few hours to kill before the official check-in time but I was allowed to bring my bags to the apartment while they were cleaning after the previous quests, and I also got the apartment much earlier than the official check-in time was. Thank you, I'd love to come back 🙂.

    a good place to stay for almost any period, including a one-night stay. The property has comfy parking lot (as far as I remember it's equipped with engine heating posts), sauna, sofa and backyard

    We liked the area, how clean it was inside and out. Greenery out the front. We were left alone and it was key safe entry.Huge bonus a mother reindeer with her baby used to stand out side, lay down, then wander off. We would stay again and recommend.

    A simple but very well equipped, cozy, comfortable, tidy apartment in a beautiful location. The feeling that you are staying at a friend's family's holiday house. Possibility to leave late - until 2PM (if you clean and arrange the cabin yourself).

    I was a bit sceptic about this accomodation since I mostly try to book accommodations with 8+ ratings. However I feel the rating does not give it justice. We stayed in a cabin and it was very cute with a fireplace. You can easily cook yourself and have some relaxing time in the sauna. The cabin were also spacious enough for at least 2 people. The breakfast in the hotel was also very good and well prepared.

    everything. the staff, the location, I rented out the sauna and ice hole aswell- everything was incredible. I couldn’t rate this high enough. wonderful breakfast with even better views and a really comfy beautiful unique stay. definitely the highlight of my holiday !!
