Beautifully presented clean and tidy and excellent hosts. A lovely garden area to relax in from 6pm and an assortment of champagnes in the fridge to purchase if required. Easy walk to town. Very impressed.

We planned a week end there with my family and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great as it is only a few minutes away from the Champaign avenue with all of the Champaign houses. I highly recommend this place for a family week end in the Champaign region.

I recently stayed in a beautiful apartment in Epernay and I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The host, Marjorie, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She even kept an item for us that we had forgotten, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself exceeded all our expectations - it was more spacious than we had imagined and the building was absolutely stunning. Marjorie explained very clearly how to access the apartment, making the whole process very smooth. Although the bathroom could have been better ventilated, we didn't find this overly bothersome considering the impressive age of the building. The only minor downside was that Epernay itself may not have been as special as we had expected, but it did serve as a great base to explore the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to explore the region. Thank you Marjorie for a wonderful stay and we hope to return one day!

Great place to stay for self-catering and exploring the city and vicinity. Very comfortable beds. The indoor spa directly next to the bedroom is fantastic. At night all equipment is silent. We also loved the practical details like champagne goblets in hard plastic, so this is safe when you're in the water. There are also "real" glasses :-) in the kitchen. About 5-10 minutes walking distance to the town center is ok, parking was possible directly in the street in front of the door, free of charge. Cedric and his partner were very nice and helpful hosts. Definitely a place to come back to when we are in Epernay.

    Baptiste is extremely friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay in his home. Parking outside the property, excellent location, everything you could want & need was provided and so much more. Excellent self-catering accommodation, though we ate out for every meal. From breakfast to dinner, everything less than 5 minute walk.

    The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Well appointed. Washing machine was great - we have to do laundry regularly because we are very sweaty due to the heat. So that came in handy. Located literally around the corner from the train station. Walking distance to everything. Nice to stay somewhere quiet.

    Perfect accommodation in a great location. Michele and Marie have put so much thought into providing comfortable accommodation and looking after their guests. The room is spacious with a bathroom and a relaxing area. There is also a beautiful garden and a very friendly dog Opium. We highly recommend staying here.

    Accommodation was very well equipped, immaculately clean and essentials had been provided beyond my expectations. Emma was an excellent host, provided easy check in details before our stay and checked in with us during our stay. Easy walking distance to Avenue de Champagne and train station to visit Reims. Loads of free parking around the apartment. There is a full bathroom and bedroom on each floor making it perfect for 2 couples to share.

    We decided to come to Reims a bit last minute and we ended up staying here for one night; it was fine for that but it’s indeed a vacation place for families meant for longer stays (it’s composed of small holiday apartments). The facilities were a bit old but still fine. The outdoor part/ garden area was very nice, especially for kids/ pets. The breakfast was amazing - definitely recommend for the price.
