We’ve stayed here before and it is always exceptionally clean, tidy and homely. Very safe for the dogs and the fire is always ready to be lit which is a lovely touch! Highly recommended.

A warm welcome to start with. The room was beautiful. The shower was very good. We ordered pizza in and we could use the breakfast room to have our diner. The plates were set for us. That was very lovely. We had a good night sleep. The breakfast was also very good. We had a very nice conversation with the owners which made us feel very welcome.

Luxurious and beautifully decorated throughout with exceptionally comfortable room. Staff were very helpful and had storage for our bike. Were able to adjust evening menu to suit our vegetarian diet and food was excellent.

Extremely Friendly staff, dinner and breakfast of real quality and portions, many facilities to take care of your motorbike and motorbike gear. I will certainly go back.     Excellent value for money and lovely lady on reception. Don't expect a 4 star hotel it is ideal for an overnight stay and well worth the price. Dog friendly and lovely walks if you take your dog.

    Rooms with lake view are fantastic - what an outlook! Room size is good and beds are comfy. Having an actual bath is a bonus. Good location for a travel stopover but quiet enough for a longer stay too. Staff were all lovely.

    Fabulous surroundings. Large, clean comfortable room. This used to be a lovely place to stay but it went downhill a little. I am pleased to say that it has now improved tremendously and is once again a welcoming place to stop.
