We stayed in the top room no 1, it was quiet and cosy. Bathroom is quite small which we knew from other reviews and we were OK with it. Hot water was always available. We stayed two nights. Slepwell both nights as the bed was so comfy. The location is perfect, right next to Hampton court palace, and directly over the road from Bushy park. The Lion gate cafe across the road is also brilliant and reasonably priced. Our host Steve was great, and nothing was too much trouble. It is a cosy place, close to transportation means and several restaurants, grocery stores and I think there's a pub nearby, too. Our accommodation was in a small room with a double bed with a small private bathroom, kettle, etc. Several streaming services were available free of charge in the room, which we were happy with.
