    This hotel is in an extremely convenient location for travellers using the M4; literally in the Services. Clean room, comfy bed, and very pleasant staff. This is a budget hotel but very comfortable and I will be staying again.

    All the staff were great. They all helped and looked after me with my stay here. I lost my phone on the train and Adale and alish helped get my phone back.if you do not have a car always try and book a taxi before you get there otherwise you might not get one. Thanks to adale again for helping me get around. Thank you for helping me to have a great weekend. I'll see you all again soon.

    Driving between Luton airport and the West Country this is a good location to stop as it’s about halfway. Easy to find with free parking we have stayed 6 or 7 times now. Clean and comfortable beds. Loads of hot water and tea/coffee in the room. We checked in at about 01:30 and the night guy was awake and very helpful.
