We spent 5 days at the Thames Edge Rooms in June. The room is very cozy and stylishly furnished. We occasionally used the gazebo in the garden for breakfast or for a glass of wine in the evening. You can enjoy the peace and quiet on the sun loungers on the banks of the Thames. We found Tim and Anni to be very friendly and helpful hosts. This location is particularly suitable for fans of the Midsomer Murders (Inspector Barnaby) and Agatha Christie. We really enjoyed our time there.

Hospitality was exceeding our expectations. Very friendly staff. Great parking facilities. Interior of the room was of beautilful somebody with great taste must have decorated it. Food was of high quality. As a pleasant surprise the cost of our stay drinks and food surprised us in a positive way

The owner of the property, Lynne, is super kind and always was available. My room was super cossy and quiet. At the beginning, I was a bit concerned of staying in a pub, but the room facilities are actually in an independent building. So, I did not hear anything and could rest all nights. I really enjoyed staying at this property and will stay again for sure!

Lovely and comfy place with lots of details. Clean. Easy check-in. Friendly and curious chicken. We had to check out of our previously booked appartment due to problems with the accessibility of the appartment and only stayed here for a night. We wished we would've booked here in the first place and could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet and pretty place.

    We did enjoy our very brief stay. Be prepared though, some if the accommodation is a little walk from the main area and on a cold, windy night........ Breakfast was wonderful as was our light evening meal. Probably all areas need a lick of paint and some tlc but our room (accessibility) was large and extremely comfortable.

    Fantastic location and lovely accommodation. Staff were really friendly and helpful although there was (hopefully a one off) issue at breakfast which did spoil our stay. Plan to revisit if they improve the breakfast experience.

    We only stayed one night as our accommodation up the road couldn't take us that night. The room was freshly decorated the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had all that we would expect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    Excellent breakfast and accommodation. The Host was very friendly and welcoming, well organised and more than willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was beautiful, easy to locate with secure ample parking.

    10 minute drive from the Crazy Bear. Very nice accommodation - the nicest B&B we have stayed at. Shirley was very welcoming and gave us a large choice of breakfasts and wifi log ins. Bed was very comfy! Lighting was also very good in the room for makeup! Would definitely stay again if around that location. Shirley recommended a local driver who was nice and came quickly. He was also a better price than the other cab companies.

    The accommodation was, as ever, spotlessly clean. The location is quiet peaceful and private and so relaxing. Rob and Julie are on hand for any problems but not intrusive at all. Love staying here and am looking forward to my next stay in October.

    I always stop over and always get a nice room that is warm as I stop to rest on my way to work . but the room I was in was freeszing and the bath wasn’t working. I felt like I slept in staff accommodations
