The accommodation is exceptionally clean. It is completely renovated and perfectly located. The last shelf was screwed on just before we arrived - it's that new. It is only an 8 minute walk to the popular beach "Megali Ammos" and only 8 minutes to the harbor/center. The owners were exceptionally easy for us to get in touch with and they were very keen to make sure we had an unforgettable vacation. The location is very quiet and also central at the same time. We couldn't have imagined a better location. A little tip from us - ask for a sunset photo on the terrace. Wonderful view.

Everything was wonderful! From the very beginning, when we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we were kindly accommodated without any problem. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos – in fact, even more spacious than we expected. We have been visiting Greece 2-3 times a year for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The price is not cheap, but you get more than what you paid for! The hotel is either new or recently renovated. Even the smallest details have been thought of. We had at our disposal, in addition to the two terraces of the apartment, a common terrace with soft furniture! Every day they provided us with cold mineral water, Nespresso capsules and small snacks! Daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets! The hosts are always available, without being intrusive. Close to the coastal street, but very quiet. Between stops 0 and 1. For those who take the bus, it is super convenient - 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to the airport. If we visit Skiathos again, we have "our place!"

The location is perfect, just 2 min walk from the beach, 10 min from the city centre. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, very nice team of young, attentive and well educated people everywhere - at the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach. The beach is nice, sun beds are provided, in the evenings one can enjoy a cocktail watching the moon path. The food is very good - congratulations to the chef ! It combines the Greek tradition with modernity and all is served very elegant way! The breakfast is very good with big variety of local pastries, cheese, fruits, nuts, etc.

    The view was stunning. You need a car to stay there and make sure its a small car as the roads are tight. The apartment was fine for us. It wouldn't suit people wanting to play loud music or rowdy times. The owner is charming and the cleaners diligent.

    We stayed there for 7 nights with my partner and it was amazing. We are both working in basketball so we have during a season many traveling across Europe. Both of us can confirm this was our best summer holiday. The place is amazing, the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The host and the whole staff is amazing they helped us a lot with welcome during and also with fruits in our room. I can’t really express one bad feeling about this place. Close to everything beach is 20m by walk.
