The hotel was impeccable, breakfast was delicious and slightly different each day, the pool was perfect, and the owners are two of the loveliest and most helpful people you could ever meet. The location is amazing: five restaurants literally within a stone's throw of the hotel and a wonderful black pebble beach about 400 metres away in the next bay. If you don't mind a bit of an uphill hike, there's a really interesting archaeological site on the hillside overlooking the bay.

An absolutely magical stay at Ksenios, in the beautiful village of Pyrgi. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like walking into a modern fairy tale—the past’s charm perfectly balanced with contemporary luxury. The space was spotless, the furniture and facilities demonstrating incredible attention to detail to create a perfect atmosphere akin to Alice in Wonderland with Greek traditional notes. The hosts, Anna and Vaggeli, were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel pampered and well looked-after. It was a privilege to be their first guests! If you’re after a place that combines elegance, comfort, and top-tier service, Ksenios is highly, highly recommended.

Monika’s House is an absolute gem! A beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped home nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by mastic trees. It truly felt like a home away from home — everything you might need is there, including a fully stocked fridge and thoughtful touches throughout. We were warmly welcomed with traditional mastic and Greek treats, which made our stay even more special. After long days of exploring, swimming, and soaking up the sun, relaxing on the terrace with the soothing sound of cicadas was pure bliss. Monika was a fantastic host — incredibly kind and helpful, sharing great tips about must-see spots and tavernas serving the best seafood on the island. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Chios experience. Thank you, Monika, for your hospitality!

Loved staying at the house. It's spacious, welcoming and filled with lots of lovely artefacts. There's a nice courtyard behind so you can eat outside. It's in a quiet village close to the Mastichochoria villages, with a parking area near by (100m).

    The breakfast was very nice and there were different handmade patisseries each day. Everything was fresh. Staff was friendly. Mavra beach was very close by. We would definitely plan to stay here for our next visit.

    We stayed for 2 nights, originally 1 but pleased to stay 2 nights! Loved the location, walking distance to fantastic waterfront tavernas and memorable beaches. On checkin we could feel the warmth of a family run business and the room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast offering. Memorable stay!

    The hotel is at a very quite area . There are many tavernas at the same spot. In front of the hotel you can swim , and the Mavra Voila Beach is just 250 mt in walking distance . The rooms are really big , like a house and comfortable for a family stay . It was so nice that they had also upgraded one of our rooms . Thank you very much for it. Pyrgi and Mesta are very close by . If you prefer a silent stay close to seaside and still have a change of sightseeing at close distance , I really suggest you to stay im Emporios .
