The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and quiet, with a stunning sea view. The hotel is perched at the top of a mountain, yet easily accessible, and perfectly located for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches. It took just 40 minutes by car to reach Lindos. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The swimming pool and all other hotel facilities were outstanding—comfortable, well-maintained, and inviting. The hotel restaurant served some of the best food we’ve ever had. We ended up dining there every evening because the meals were consistently exceptional.

Peter and his wife were super nice and helpful, they helped us to find car for rent, showed around the most popular places in Faliraki and were overall great hosts. The place was very clean, room had small kitchen with most important appliances, air conditioning, balcony with view to the mountains and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Peter was easy, he was extremely helpful, even provided us with some champagne and fruits upon arrival for our honeymoon and everything we needed for breakfast. The place was a bit further from city centre but we could still comfortably walk to bar street in about 20 minutes which is a big plus. Also there were free parking on the street.

    It is hard to put into words just how good the Colonial Apartments was. Without doubt an exceptional place to stay during your vacation. The room was spacious and clean and everything you need is available. Steve (The owner) is an absolutely lovely man and couldn’t do enough he always makes sure you’re okay.     We booked this villa as a last minute decision and everything was perfect from the first day to the last day of our stay. The owner was waiting for us in front of the villa and explained us everything. He was very friendly and helpful. In the villa you will find everything you need for an undisturbed and perfect holiday. Swimming area equiped with a small kitchen , grill and the fridge perfect idea. The whle place is very clean and quiet, close to the beach.

    Beautiful, clean, spacious and modern accommodation. Very helpful and friendly staff. We were kindly upgraded to a room with a private pool - making our stay incredible. The air conditioning was brilliant. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a huge variety of options. The pool are had a lovely, chilled atmosphere. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk from the main strip, with a huge variety of restaurants/bars nearby. Already looking forward to our next stay.

    My husband and I stayed at this accommodation for 10 days and were extremely satisfied. The host was very approachable and gave us wine and juices upon arrival. The room was more than well-equipped, including an iron, kettle, and daily supply of coffee and teas. It was cleaned regularly. The jacuzzi was also phenomenal. Every guest has their privacy. So, for the accommodation, we give a rating of 10+.

    Stayed here at the beginning of June and the hotel left only pleasant impressions. Very nice, attentive and helpful staff. The room has everything you need. Special thanks to the cleaning lady for her perfect job! The beach is 3 minutes away and it’s large, with sunbeds (set of two costs 20 euros), also there are changing rooms, showers and several bars on the beach. In general, our vacation was perfect. So I definitely RECOMMEND it for your stay❤️

    The accommodation was excellent, all our needs were met and the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional much better than any buffet breakfast. The beach is 10 metres maximum for which beach towels were provided. Every day the room was cleaned. One of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in, even though I can be quite critical :).
