    Prob did not read the fine print that there is no elevator to the accommodations. We had big suitcases - it worked out. Bed was okay, and there was no carpeting so it felt a bit institutional. For maintenance, it makes sense. There were towel warmers/dryer in the bathroom.

    The best thing about this guesthouse is definitely its location. Literally overlooking Kirkjufell mountain. I was lucky enough to see amazing northern lights displays over the mountain on both nights that I stayed there. The accommodation is fine. Fairly standard. It's got all you'd need in the big kitchen, apart from a shortage of bowls! Rooms are standard. Comfortable enough. My window wouldn't close, and the radiator wasn't working properly, but it was still warm enough, and the bed was comfy.
