Brilliant bakery and restaurants nearby, and there is quite a bit to see in Albano (best enquire at the Museo Civico). The accommodation was spacious with comfy beds; great to have a few separate rooms. We didn’t meet the host but had straight forward and useful advice via messaging. Off we went. The Beccofino restaurant 50 yards to the left and down the slope. Very busy and good pizzas etc. brilliant meal and cheap as chips. Ideal for short stay due to size.
