The hotel was amazing! We had a very good time. The hotel is quiet, has huge relaxing thermal pools, faces beautiful mountains, and the decor is stunning, it can’t get any better! The restaurant also has very good food, and the free breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and tasty! We liked the hotel being secluded and a perfect size for relaxation. The staff there was all very polite and professional. We spoke with Michele and Claudia a lot in the front desk. They are simply the best! This is the highlight of our entire trip. Thank you very much!

Very nice and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in 100 meters from enter to the pedestrian historic center. Easy to find, nice communication with the host, Coffee and snacks in the kitchen, comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Gemma is an absolutely wonderful host: prompt, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Her care for the property is felt in every detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The booklet she prepared with local recommendations was beautifully put together and extremely helpful during our stay. Thanks to her, we learned so much about wine production and discovered the passion she pours into everything she does. I wholeheartedly recommend that every guest takes a tour of her family winery and enjoys a tasting of the wine made by Gemma and her family - it’s an authentic and soulful experience!

I highly recommend staying here! You will truly get the best experience. Anna welcomed me warmly, like greeting an old friend, and Mattia was always kind and helpful during my stay. Breakfast by Maurizio was beautifully prepared, with the best cappuccino I’ve had in a long time. The room was spotless and the bathroom spacious. What touched me most was their generosity: when we needed to get to Chiusi train station, they tried everything to help, contacting many taxi drivers even though prices were unreasonably high because of weddings in town. In the end, Maurizio generously drove us himself. I am deeply grateful to this wonderful family and wish them all the best.

    Beautiful scenery, with history, the taster meal was good, and the staff was attentive. We were kindly upgraded to the ancient spa pool, but the same size of room as the economy, which to be honest was quite small and dated, the shower cubicle was again small. However the spa' and pools the steam room etc were spot on, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Location is really great, between all the major Toscana spots and places. That is definitely a must stay place. We miss it so much!

    Beautiful resort that caters to more Italian couples (and a few families) than tourists. People come here for a wellness break. Need to reserve with spa access, which allows you to use most facilities, including gym and fitness classes, thermal pools, and multiple saunas around the property. The on-site restaurant is good. Breakfast was included in our stay. Dinner was good but a little pricey. There is a cute small town with 4-5 restaurants a 7 min walk away on a landscaped pathway. Rooms are roomy, updated, clean.
