Perfect for our short stay in Faenza. This centrally located place has everything you need with many thoughtful touches included. They have thought of everything: there are even different types of milk in the fridge! Hooray! Great layout: this is one of 3 separate self-contained rooms on the one property linked by a shared kitchen. Support these guys!

Even before arriving the contact with Simona was nice. Knowing we were visiting Ravenna first, she already gave us information what to visit and where to eat. When we arrived her enthusiasm was just amazing. She gave us very good info for our visits to Faenza and Bologna. The room was perfectly clean! The breakfast was really good. If there’s anything you need, Simona will ask you for sure. Obviously Ragu was the funniest cat around. Thank you for the kind gift when we left!

Accommodation, was as described on the website, and it is in a rural area just south of Faenza in Emilia Romano part of north eastern Italy. Easy access to San Marino and Rimini on the coast, as well as the Ferrari museums at Maranello. Richardo, who spoke very good English, was very welcoming offering a good Italian breakfast each morning, with choices of English tea or coffee. Also, he was very helpful with places to go and finding free parking, plus any other problems which may arise, as we weren't Italian speakers.

Very friendly helpful professional hosts - meet our every need. We had a memorable stay in the renowned and historic Vill Archi. We would recommend this to anyone who are exploring the Foil, Faenza, and Ravenna area. The rooms were spacious and the bed very comfortable. Had an amazing breakfast served outside in a courtyard with beautiful surroundings. We so enjoyed the historic paintings in our room and the Historical connection of the Villa. We were exploring the sites of World War 2 around Foli and Faenza and the Senio River Stockbanks were my father fought for the New Zealand Army for the liberating of this region before being wounded at the Senio in 1944-45. We visited the WW2 Commonwealth Cemetery at Faenza which was very moving.

It is exceptionally clean and located a few minutes walk to the centre. Fantastic location, hands down. We travel to Faenza often as my partner was born there. This is the best place we have ever stayed in. It simply has everything you need, from herbal teas to a hair straightener. The owner Oana is amazing and made us feel very welcomed. The building itself is beautiful. So if you are hesitating whether to book it or not, don’t, just do it !! 10/10…

    Very well equipped, all that you need for a relaxed stay. The bed was extra comfortable, we needed that after a whole day of travel. The residence is a bit away from the city, situated in the countryside, surrounded by the orchards. Our hosts were very nice, thank you for the hospitality!     such a lovely place to stay, in a beautiful location. it’s very quite, has a pool and space to relax and nice outdoor seating area. we stayed for dinner and it was the best dinner we had in Italy, all homemade, so tasty and so reasonable. The hosts are so nice and so helpful and will help you with anything. we did not want to leave, loved it there so much.

    Excellent taste for design, and very cosy vibes. Good size accommodation and the surrounding itself is beautiful, just like the Casetta. Modern amenities, including a very cool sound surround system (that took ages to figure out as it doesn't quite match the instructions left on the paper, at least for android connection). Appreciated the fridge with some cold water and juice. It was easy to set the temperature so that it's pleasant at night.

    The place was quite easy to find, well-located, clean, tidy and run by a lovely host who greeted us at the door, showed us around, found us a iron on request and put out a nice breakfast for us each day (and remembered how we take our coffee). The place is fairly small and we were pretty much the only ones there so had any communal areas to ourselves during our stay. No complaints!
