It’s a spacious room while the sleeping couch is in a separate room allowing for a lot of space as a family. You can dry bathing suits on a laundry rack on the balcony. The pool is great for kids as it has a lot of shallow water. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful with lots of fresh fruit and delicious baked goods. Only 5 min walking distance to a small pebble beach full of locals. Good location for all kinds of trips in the area

Quiet room with good room darkening shades even though it is on an alley way, we slept well. The breakfast was nice. The breakfast location was spectacular with a rooftop view. It's a great way to jump start the morning with a light breakfast...I'm a coffee snob...so I saved my coffee experience for one of the many fantastic cafes locally. Great location for touring the older part of Syracuse. Perfect for our 2 days stay.

The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. Clean, new, quiet. Close (few minutes on foot) to Ortigia. Breakfast was also great. The staff members nicht and friendly, always helping and quickly responsive via whatsapp.

    The place is just amazing and perfect for a family on holiday in the area. You obviously need a car as the place is far from Siracusa or the beaches in the area but if you are travelling with a car this is the best place. The host is superkind and helpful, there is a nice garden and a Barbecue available for the guests. We had a lovely time.
