Carlotta was super helpful even from before our arrival, helping us find taxis and ensuring our room requests were met, and Federica was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Super friendly and helpful, always smiling and making sure we have everything we need, including all the information we asked for - she was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, it’s very central but in a quiet street. It was easy to find and the self check in worked perfectly. It was nice to have some welcome breakfast at the apartment as we arrived late and could have a snack in the morning.
