Very clean, comfortable, warm welcome, helpful. Bed comfortable, selection of teas/coffee, fruit juice, thoughtful details. A few minutes walk from the railway station with regular trains to Pescara. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, really everything was good.

The apartment was located in a new development with secure parking behind gates. It was situated in a great location for the beach and all amenities. The flat itself was beautifully clean with everything you needed. Samira has spent time thinking of everything guests might need and even provided snacks and beverages on arrival. Samira and her family are lovely hosts who go the extra mile to be helpful. There are even bikes in the garage for guests to use.

The hotel is located near the pines and it offers easy acces to the beach. A walking distance from hotel to the train station. The room was a little small but very clean. The breakfast and the coffee were great. Daily cleaning. Near hotel there was a supermarket, gelato , pharmacy and some restaurants etc

    Well, first of all I liked the location because I prefer to stay outside the cities in a places with low level of noise. I liked the property and the people were very friendly. Considering they didn't talk English they got a friend to be able to communicate with me... but it turned out they speak Russian, which is my wife's language and one of our children's too. The breakfast was good and cakes/cookies are home made, which is great.

    Our family enjoyed the stay in the property. Accommodation is renovated, all equipments are working and there is also AC there. We selected this property for its closeness to the beach which is in walking distance. I liked that instructions and suggestions from host were clear and helpful. Host was supportive during our stay and helped us to overcome our medial issues. We would love to return.
