Staff have been very friendly and always great us. The bath was so relax forgetting a hard day of travelling. My room is good with some good views of the park and the mountains. A bit cold during winter but nothing the AC can't solve once you are in your room. Good location for day trips to Arima, Kobe and Osaka.
