It is possible to go play/swim in the river down the guesthouse (the path is quite steep but 20mn not even) and the water and view are amazing! The beds are really comfortable. Hajime-san is very kind and helpful. There are many hikes to do around and if you are just here to enjoy nature the buses do reach the Mitsumineguchi shrine which is the main attraction around! The room was spacious and had a very traditional vibe to it. Even though it was chilly outside, it had a lot of ways to keep the place warm, and the bath was nice and big, and there was lots of hot water. The breakfast was also amazing -.12 Japanese tasting dishes. It had all the feeling of staying at a traditional inn. It would be a great place to stay with your friends.
