This was by far the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. Beautiful decor with a mix of classic Japanese with the bamboo mats in the room, with modern facilities. Incredibly friendly staff, lovely communal areas inside and out, happy hour bar and a great dinner. Location was short walk from station and easy to get to Lake Kawaguchiko. The breakfast was included in the price. I found the price to be cheaper than at other similar accommodations. Since there are no restaurants or convenience stores around, the owner kindly gave us a ride to the nearest store which was 10-15 min away and waited for us while we did our shopping.
