Very friendly, thoughtful and helpful service throughout. We stayed in the *special* room with its own sink. It was absolutely lovely. The futons were extremely comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the bamboo tries surrounding the area. The highlight of course were the private onsens. They offered top-notch service, thoughtful hospitality, and generous amenities including free drinks! The private onsens were super luxurious and easy to reserve, the facilities traditional but beautiful and extremely well-maintained, and the delicious food served with upscale presentation.
