The room was warm and neat clean, the shower necessities were excellent. There was also an ironing spot on each floor. The location was fine, 25 mins walk to Dotonbori and 15-20 to America-mura, but that’s better than staying in popular tourist areas in my opinion. The room had ample space for me to move about. There was a conbini on the first floor attached to the lobby that was handy for a bite on the go. The location was close enough to the rail station that it was an easy walk, but far enough that you weren't being kept up by the trains.
