The room we stayed felt larger than the picture suggested, rather generously sized. The staff we met at the front desk were friendly. There is a chain Izakaya restaurant on the left when you exit the hotel, which I recommend if you want to try Izakaya but barely speak Japanese. They had English menus and we managed with (polite) hand gestures. We had booked beds on the women's only floor, and it was spacious, clean and well equipped. Each individual bunk included 2 lockers, hangers, different plugs and a TV (which we didn't use). A little extra service were the free amenities and drink ticket for one of their cocktails, which tasted amazing. I would definitely stay there again.
