Lovely quiet location close to Ufuin Floral Village. Entire small house with everything you need. Owners friendly and very kind, many free snacks and each morning they bring sandwiches for breakfast. We hope we can come again.

The property has 4 rooms (only one has Japanese beds). It was really clean and had more than enough space. And the onsen was really nice and could be locked (just like a bathroom). The washing machine was also very good. When we arrived there was nobody around, so we sent a message via Booking and 10 minutes later our host appeared. She was so nice and offered us green tee with Japanese sweets during the afternoon. She also prepared a fresh breakfast (we appeared one morning at 10.20 and she had prepared a small soupe and sandwiches- so thoughtful!). We can only fully recommend the guesthouse.

    Ryokan Fukinoya is an exceptionally wonderful place to stay. The staff members were very gracious, the meals were amazing, and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We loved our private onsen. We can't rave enough about Ryokan Fukinoya, definitely a highlight of our trip!

    The location is very convenient, close to the station and everything (Lawson is only a few minutes walk). I stayed in the twin room with small kitchen. This worked out perfectly. I was able to cook hot food and enjoyed several meals with my family in my room. The complimentary drinks in the lobby is nice. All in all I am very happy with my choice of accommodation.

    I gave a rating if 99% for this accomodation because everything was above and beyond expectation. My family enjoyed our stay. The 1% deduction was only because food was not provided at the accomodation but it was insignificant for our family. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Yufu again and I highly recommend it.

    Accommodations suitable for a large family. Kitchen was stocked with all basic necessary cooking utilities, cutlery, pots and dishes. There were 6 comfortable beds. 2 beds were in a separated bedroom. The remaining 4 beds were locates in the common are with the living/dining and kitchen area. Great location for a family or group to spend time. Inside the property is very comfortable and clean. AC was great and kept us cool through the summer weather day and night.
